Favorite Dishes of Every Chinese Restaurant in Metro ATL I've been to.
I’m going to send people to this list from now on whenever they ask me for recommendations. I’ll also update it each time I go to a new place, or if my experience changes with a restaurant I’ve already been to. If a fried pork chop dish falls short, I will remove it. It’s in alphabetical order, with the town next to the name. That also helps differentiate which location I’ve been to and obviously which one I prefer.
If a restaurant isn’t on the list, I either haven’t tried it yet, or had a bad experience, or can’t remember because it’s been too long.
This isn’t a “Best of” list, I want to get away from that especially on Substack. These are dishes I enjoy eating, you don’t have to try every single dish at each restaurant. If there’s a new dish/restaurant you enjoy, let me know and I’ll add it to my “need to try'“ list.
These are my experiences the times that I’ve gone, and you may have a different experience. It could be an off day, or they removed the dish from the menu, but shit happens, and I can’t control that.
If anyone tells me I left off their favorite Japanese/Indian/Thai restaurant on a CHINESE restaurant list, or claims I’m not really Chinese, kindly fuck off.
And no, I didn’t enter in the entire NCE menu although it looks like it.
